A highly personal story of the director's relationship with his father, their love of cinema and his father's illness
Yoel receives a midnight call from his brother who tells him that Israel is about to bombarded by Iran and attack on Tel Aviv will happen as soon as tonight. Yoel decides to get his family – his two sons, elderly mother, grandson and his wife – as far away as possible from the city, which is about to be annihilated. At first, the family members refuse to believe Yoel, but eventually unify and together with the elderly mother and her young caretaker and one unexpected passenger, they take off on a tragi-comic journey toward the Jerusalem, each accompanied by his own demons. This short odyssey forces them together, and awakens questions about family and fate. As they travel deeper into the night, .the journey takes them into their own souls.
