Anu faints in an orchard. She was diagnosed by the Doctor with epilepsy. Sana believes Anu, her granddaughter, is her reincarnated sister.

Sana and her granddaughter Anu are playing in an apple orchard when Ano faints and is rushed to the hospital upon regaining consciousness.
Anu describes seeing a couple of children speaking to her. The doctors are convinced it is epilepsy, while Sana believes her 6-year-old
granddaughters, the reincarnated soul of her estranged sister, killed in the Syrian war. Fearing Sana's stories, Anu's parents decide to keep her away from their daughter.
Meanwhile, Sana decides to find the lost children from Anu's stories. Only this way, she believes, will Anu be able to heal." She is Left with no choice.
Sana sneaks across the Syrian border in a tumultuous journey with dramatic consequences for the entire family.
